Monday Again
Gloria and I were privileged to attend a 40th Anniversary gathering for Dave and Joanne LeRoy last week. Hosted by their family and including a few invited guests, it was an honour to be present as a solid, long-term marriage was celebrated.
Leadership Summit begins on Thursday at 10:30 AM in Moncton. Look forward to seeing several of our tribe there.
It’s Monday Again (IMA) is international in its reach. In July, it was accessed by people in Canada, the US, Japan, Ukraine, Colombia, Zambia, Czech Republic, Australia, Albania and Mozambique. It’s our version of the United Nations!
Caton’s Family Camp was held over the weekend. Last year there were 12 families present and this year 30 families. Camp registration is up over last year. There have also been 24 conversions and 30 rededication’s – PTL! Onward and upward.
I have been preaching at the Mooers Camp in NY for several days concluding tonight. Their tabernacle is seen below along with a pic of a great chair I noticed on the front veranda of one of the cottages. Go Habs!
Deep Water now – thanks.
The next several Sundays call for me to be at Hartland for pastoral installation; at the Irving Chapel in Bouctouche; at Head of Millstream for pastoral installation and at Beulah to speak on Labour Day Sunday morning. Prayer welcome.
Thanks to Mark McCluskey, Perry Ingersoll and Mel Norton who have preached at Jonesport in these recent Sundays – cooperation deeply appreciated. Andy Phillips will candidate there this coming Sunday.
THOT: “Once upon a time, a handful of people believed Jesus rose from the dead. 2000 years later, a third of the world believes that. It’s going to be OK.” Andy Stanley
