It is going to be an incredibly refreshing and soul-rich time together at District Ministerial as we gather on January 17th & 18th for 24 hours to launch into 2024. This will also include opportunity to take a deep dive with Kingswood Learn as you consider the resources available to cultivate the called in our Meductic Mandate.
- Complimentary childcare will be available onsite, and a detailed schedule will be provided after the registration deadline (December 13th)
- Ministerial will begin with a Wednesday banquet at 6:00 p.m. Childcare opens at 5:30 p.m. (make sure your kids have eaten supper before they are dropped off).
- Ministerial ends at the new time of 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
- Registration costs are complimentary through USF dollars and include all program expenses and the Wednesday banquet.
- Your church is expected to cover your travel, meals (except the banquet), & lodging.
- Please book your preferred lodging option directly (this is not coordinated by District Office).

There are three advance options for lodging with a reserve block of discount rooms at each location. All pastors will book DIRECTLY on or before December 15th. After this date, pricing and availability are not guaranteed as all rooms remaining in our reserve block will be released to the general public. You are certainly free to select a place to stay other than these options.
