  • Executive Director Tami Mutch-Ketch is providing diligent and effective leadership as Chair of the Caton’s Session of the Camp Board (middle picture) as the process continues forward in seeking God’s direction regarding our next Director.
With the weather turning warmer we are looking forward to getting Caton’s Island up and running for another exciting season of camping ministry. Getting the Island ready is no small task and there is no end to projects that need to be done. We are so grateful to the church and individuals that continually step up and come alongside us to help further this impactful ministry.
  • Last year we held our first spring dinner fundraiser and were overwhelmed by the support as the funds were needed to help repair major winter damage. It was also a great opportunity to be able to see the island early on in the season. This year we will celebrate the 30th summer of Director Dean Stephenson’s leadership – an incredible gift to the ministry of Caton’s Island to impact thousands of families in our region with the Gospel – congratulations, Dean!
We invite you to join us this year on Saturday, May 24th @ 4:00 pm for our second spring dinner. This key event will help greatly as we move into the summer camping ministry. If you have any questions or need more information please email the camp at campoffice@catonsisland.com.

  • We need to cultivate our relationship with God so we slow down and notice His working and His timing – and then respond in obedience to Him. (Andy Phillips)
  • I would urge Christians on both sides of the border to view their politics through the lens of their faith, rather than viewing their faith through the lenses of their politics. We need to be peacemakers in a world of provocateurs, a calming presence rather than a chaos provider. (Mike MacNeil)
  • Sanctification isn’t just an esoteric theological construct—it’s God chiseling away at who you are, not fuelling what you do. (Carey Neiuwhof)
